Terms and Conditions – LIFESURE PRIVATE CAR PROMOTION FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS
1. Promoter’s name and address: A J Gallagher trading as Lifesure, Spectrum Building, 7th Floor, 55 Blythswood Street, Glasgow, G2 7AT (the "Promoter").
2. Promotion: Existing customers of the Promoter can receive a £30 discount (the "Discount") on each new private car insurance policy that they purchase from the Promoter. The money comes off the commission fee that then lowers the premium by £30.
3. Promotion Period: This Promotion applies to private car insurance policies purchased from the Promoter between 20th January 2025 and 19th January 2026 (inclusive).
4. How to Participate and Eligibility:
a. You must purchase a new insurance policy from the Promoter during the Promotion Period either by contacting the Promoter on 01480 504 022 - and quoting "January Offer", or by sharing your renewal date on the specified webpage and the Promoter will contact you to provide a quotation nearer the time. If you request a call back via the webpage, you must type in words "January Offer" into the box for the promotion code and you will benefit from the Discount when you purchase a private car insurance policy from the Promoter.
b. This Promotion is only open to existing customers of the Promoter who at the time of purchasing additional policies already have a live policy in place with the Promoter.
c. For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion is not open to customers of other business units within the Promoter's group.
d. You must be a UK resident aged 18 or over.
e. The Promoter's phone lines will be open from 8am to 6pm on weekdays and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays (excluding public holidays).
5. Additional Terms:
a. This Discount offered in this Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
b. The Discount on your additional policy will also be applied for all following years as long as the policy remains in place concurrently.
c. Any quotes provided will be inclusive of any applicable discount.
d. If you cancel your policy during the first 12 months, (i) any refund of premium due will be calculated on a pro rata basis on the discounted premium quoted (inclusive of tax) and (ii) you may still have to pay on a pro rata basis, the difference between the offer premium and the price before application of the discount for the cover provided. These premiums will include the cost of any taxes applicable.
e. Discounts and rewards provided in this Promotion are subject to availability and may be varied over time.
f. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative discounts/rewards of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the Promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into regarding any of the terms and conditions or conduct of the Promoter.
6. Privacy and Personal Data: In order to participate in this Promotion you will need to provide the Promoter with your personal data. For information on how the Promoter will use your personal data and how you may exercise your rights in respect of that personal data , please refer to the Promotor's Privacy Notice at https://www.lifesure.co.uk/customer-privacy-policy. If you are providing the Promotor with the personal data of another individual, you must tell them you are providing this to the Promotor and show them a copy of this notice.
7. Marketing: Please contact the Promoter if you do not want to receive direct marketing information from the Promoter.
8. Law and Jurisdiction: This Promotion and its terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
