Touring Caravan Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Here are the terms and conditions for our Touring Caravan Survey prize draw to win a two-night stay at a Premier Parks campsite of your choice, up to the value of £100.00

The promoter is: Lifesure Ltd (company no. 977416) whose registered office is at The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London, United Kingdom, EC4N 8AW.

Promotion Period: This promotion is open from 00:00 on Wednesday 24^th April 2024 to 23:59 on Wednesday 8^th May 2024.

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 25 years or over and who have subscribed to the promoter’s mailing list. Employees of Lifesure Group Ltd, Barnes Commercial Ltd and Gallagher UK and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or running of the draw will not be eligible to enter this competition
2. By entering this draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. To participate in this competition, you must open a marketing email from the promoter during the Promotion Period and click on the link to the survey. Upon completion of the survey, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
4. Only one survey submission will be accepted, per person. Multiple entries of the survey form from the same person will be disqualified.
5. Closing date for entry will be at 23:59 on Wednesday 8^th May 2024. After this time and date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. Entry into the draw is automatic, providing a full name and phone number is added before submitting the completed survey.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this draw.
10. The prize is as follows: A two-night stay at a Premier Parks Campsite of your choice, up to the value of £100.00. Only one prize is available to be won.
11. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Each completed survey will be assigned a number. The winner will be selected at random by a random number generator.
13. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize will be delivered.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The draw and its terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

20. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@lifesure.co.uk
