Terms and Conditions – October Facebook Giveaway

How to Participate:

1. Visit the Promoter’s Facebook page and like and comment on Giveaway! Your chance to win 4 tickets to the Motorhome and Caravan Show 2024 (the “Post”) before the end of the Competition Period.
2. Each participant that likes and comments on the Post will be assigned a number and entered into a prize draw.
3. The prize draw will take place on 7^th October 2024 and the winner will be selected at random by a random number generator (https://www.random.org/).
4. The first number to be selected at random will win the Prize.
5. The Promoter will announce the winner via the social media post (the “Announcement”) on the Promoter’s Facebook. The winner will be required to claim their Prize and provide their email and postal address by sending a direct message to the Promoter within 7 days of the Announcement being posted.

Eligibility Terms:

1. In order to participate in this prize draw: you must be: a resident of the United Kingdom; and over the age of 18.
2. Employees of the Promoter or any other company within the Promoter’s group of companies, their immediate family members and anyone who is connected with the administration of this competition are excluded from participating in this competition.
3. Only one entry per person.

General Terms:

1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
2. The Prize is not transferable, refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be considered.
4. Only one Prize can be won.
5. This competition is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to: (a) substitute the Prize with an item of an equivalent or greater value; or (b) in exceptional circumstances, amend or close the competition without notice. The Promoter will not engage in any correspondence with any participant regarding any decision that it makes in connection with the operation of this competition.
7. This competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
8. Sale or exchange of the Prize is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange the Prize will result in the Prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the Prize will be declared null and void.

Additional Terms

The Prize:

1. Use of the Prize shall be subject to See Tickets’ general terms and conditions as stipulated on the tickets and/or at https://motorhomecaravanshow.seetickets.com/tour/the-motorhome-and-caravan-show.
2. The Prize grants general admission to the Motorhome and Caravan Show 2024, at the Birmingham NEC on Saturday 19th October 2024. The winner and their three guests will be responsible for making their own travel arrangement to the Motorhome and Caravan Show.
3. The Prize does not include travel costs, insurance, meals and beverages, personal expenses, additional activities, or any other expenditure.
4. The Promoter will not be responsible if the winner is unable to attend the Motorhome and Caravan Show due to health or any other reasons.
5. The Promoter will not be liable if the Motorhome and Caravan Show is cancelled, delayed or suspended as a result of an act, omission, event or circumstance which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

Notification and Announcement of Winners:

1. The Promoter will tag the winner in the Announcement. The winner will be required to claim their Prize by sending a direct message to the Promoter via the Promoter’s Facebook page within 7 days of the Announcement.

1. In order to participate in this Promotion, you will need to provide the Promoter with your personal data. Law and Jurisdiction:

1. This prize draw and its terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
